Dr. Vijay L. Arora M.D. FAAP

Dr. Vijay Arora established Lilburn Pediatrics in 1985 when she moved to Lilburn with her husband and two young children. Since then, the practice has gradually grown through patients referrals. She has a special interest in Behavior Problems of Childhood. She is Board certified and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. 

Dr. Kamela Momin M.D. FAAP

Dr. Kamela Momin joined our practice in October 2018 and brings a wealth of experience and passion for pediatric care. She completed her undergraduate studies at Oxford College of Emory University and the University of Georgia before attending the Medical College of Georgia, where she completed her pediatric residency. She is dedicated to providing comprehensive care to children of all ages, with a focus on building strong communication and trusting relationships with their families.

Dr. Brenda H. Thomas M.D. FAAP

Dr. Thomas is a graduate of Medical College of Georgia.  She did her training at Medical College of Georgia and Shands Teaching Hospital of the University of Florida. She ran a private practice in Brunswick, GA and has been working in Atlanta since 1993.  She joined Lilburn pediatrics in 2024 with a vast knowledge and experience in pediatrics. She is dedicated to providing compassionate care to children of all ages.
